The next few days will be full ones for me so I apologize in advance for a late post today which combines the next couple of days. Here are the workouts for the rest of the week.
Day #4 (today) - 40 Minutes FRESH Effort followed by 6 x 100m Striders
Day #5 (tomorrow) - 10 Minute Warm Up VERY FRESH Effort; 3x 6 minutes at FRESH Effort (3:00 minute recover jog in between); 5 minute Warm Down VERY FRESH Effort
Day #6 REST or CROSS TRAIN
Day #7 Long Run 55 minutes VERY FRESH effort
If you get through day #7 you have made it through a great week of growth!
The above picture is the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. In 2018 I got to coach former Raider Peter Callahan '09 in that stadium. It was one of the highlights of my career
