This is the time of year when we have a lot of people in the weight room. The busiest time there is between 3:15 and 4:15 every day. But the best time to be in the weight room is between 5 and 6 pm. That is when athletes working on their individual extra mile are there. If you want to see the out of season athletes who are really transforming themselves, show up at the loneliest time in the weight room and see the magic happen.
