The Issue with Football Helmets

We, like I hope every school offering football in this country, are in the process of evaluating the safety of our helmets and considering what we can do to confront and minimize the potential of concussion and head trauma for our players. There are not a lot of options, yet. But there is a lot of discussion, and I am sure engineers and scientists working on the issue. I do not remember a sports medicine issue in my lifetime that has taken on such a sense of urgency to solve.
