I favorited and retweeted it as I waited in a long airports security line and wondered would I make my flight. I did but it was tantalizingly close.
Anxiety seems to be a bigger and bigger issue for kids which is troubling. Some can be paralyzed by their feelings. Is the key to look at every situation that produces anxiety for us as an opportunity to grow?
Reframing ones feelings is often the best way I have found to help me deal with issues of anxiety and thus can be a great coaching tool. But does it always work?
I think to a point.
I made it through my security lines despite some anxious moments and resigned myself to figure out how to get TSA Pre-Check. That's how I grew this weekend.
