A Variety Of Blogposts Worth Reading

Here are a few blogposts over the last week or so that I have found worthwhile and why.

Although it hurts sometimes to have people question why we do what we do at times, I ultimately appreciate those that do so that I can either re-consider what we are doing or refine how we are communicating what we are trying to do. Seth Godin gets at the fact that organizations who expect total loyalty and thus silence the questioner are doomed.

This was my favorite post from Vern Gambetta's blog of the last couple weeks. I read it to my track team this week. I am not sure all of them got it. But I will keep working on this message which is the difference between various levels of athletes at practice. Really good stuff.

More sleep. We all need it. I know I ignore this advice all the time. But the evidence is building. We need more sleep to be more effective.
